Single Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the creator (David Drewette).

By using this software product you agree to the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement.

For the purposes of the Licence Agreement the term “software” shall mean the products identified above, which includes computer software and any associated media. The software is protected under copyright laws as well as other intellectual laws and treaties.

The software is licensed not sold.

Grant of Licence

This Licence Agreement grants you the right to use, as set forth below, one copy of the version number and language of the Software identified above.

The media contained within this package may not be copied, reproduced or distributed to any third party.

Description of Other Rights and Limitations Software Transfer

All rights granted under this Licence Agreement are non-transferable.

  • Termination
    Without prejudice to any other rights, David Drewette may terminate this Licence Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement. In the event of termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all its component parts.
  • Limitations on Reverse Engineering, De-compilation and Disassembly
    You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
  • Separation of Components
    Each Software product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  • Rental
    You may not rent, lease or lend the Software.

Copyright

You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material except that you may install the Software on a single computer provided that you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software.

The foregoing does not affect or prejudice the statutory rights of a consumer acquiring the Software otherwise than in the course of business.
